The AcubidPro mobile application is designed with the needs of the typical Owner Operator in mind, aiming to streamline the load bidding process. The application provides a refined toolset to reduce time expenditure and enhance accuracy during bid submissions. Its primary goal is to furnish users with upfront knowledge of their operating costs, thereby supporting profitability management.

The AcubidPro Profile Page enables users to calculate their Operating Costs by inputting specific parameters such as Truck Payment, Fuel Expenses, Driver Compensation, Maintenance, Insurance, Miscellaneous costs (including IFTA and Tags), and Average Miles Driven per Day. The system calculates Operating Costs on both a monthly and yearly basis for comprehensive financial overview.

On the BidProposal page, the application determines the distance in miles between two locations and computes multiple per-mile rates based on various base rates. The interface then displays the average of these rates within an Optimal Bid Range alongside total expense estimates, assisting users in forming competitive bids.

A one-to-one mapping feature links each record on the Bid Proposal sheet to a corresponding record on the Broker Rate Sheet. Users enter the Agreed Rate and Broker Name, after which profit calculations are automatically generated. The system also presents a list of the five most recent mapped records, highlighted within a green frame for quick reference.

Additionally, a history log displays the last thirty days of mapped Broker Rate Sheet records on the Bid Result page. This history is also distributed via email to registered users and summarized visually within a green-framed section for clarity.

One of the application's key features is its Monthly Subscription functionality, which automatically renews upon activation. After downloading and installing the app, users are prompted to purchase a subscription for $17.99 through integrated payment options. Once payment is successful, access to the AcubidPro dashboard (Home Screen) is granted.

The app includes a Subscription History menu where users can review previous transactions and has an option to cancel their subscription at any time by clicking on the provided "Cancel Subscription" button.
